Access: No in/out access during the winter season
Indoor heated spots are limited and we fill up every year. Spots are held in the order deposits are received, so the earlier you book, the better your chances of getting inside. Once the building is full, remaining customers are placed on our outdoor storage list.
Because the building is packed to capacity for the season, boats stored indoors cannot be moved in and out over the winter. If you need periodic access to your boat between October and May, our outdoor storage options are the better fit.

How to Measure Your Boat
Because we price by the square foot, we need both dimensions of the footprint your boat takes up on the floor.
Overall length is measured from the tip of the bow to the furthest point at the stern. Include swim platforms, outboard engines, and bow pulpits, since those all take up space in the building.
Overall width is your beam at its widest point. Include rub rails and any hardware that sticks out past the hull.
Multiply the two together and that is your square footage. A 24 ft × 8.5 ft boat works out to 204 sq ft, or $2,448 for the season. If you are unsure of either measurement, give us a call at (905) 638-8323 and we will help you work it out.
